A Journey to Non-Duality

Born in Geneva, Switzerland, to a Colombian mother and Swiss father, my early years followed what seemed to be an ordinary path. Yet beneath the surface of this conventional life, a profound inner quest was already stirring—a passionate search to understand the origin of the universe, the deep meaning of death, and my role in this vast mystery.

While these existential questions always lived within me, they initially took a backseat to the demands of finding my place in society and the distractions of modern life. I did what was expected, following the prescribed path, though I felt a persistent discomfort in "doing and thinking like everyone else." What appeared on the surface to be a rich and fulfilling life concealed a deep-rooted feeling of stagnation in my heart.

The Turning Point

Everything changed when I could no longer hide from the truth within myself. I had to acknowledge three fundamental realizations:

I was suffering in the life I was leading
There had to be a way to find genuine, lasting happiness
The search for this truth needed to become my highest priority

Initially, I believed I needed to transform myself—to become something different, to purify myself, to resolve my internal conflicts. It was only much later that I understood a profound truth: no transformation was necessary. What I sought had been before my eyes all along.

The Path of Integration

My journey led me to explore various paths of healing and understanding:

Somatic Healing

I discovered Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, training as a practitioner in Switzerland and Spain. This work revealed how our earliest experiences—from the first cell division in the uterus—shape our physical and emotional patterns. Through studying with masters like Ray Castellino, Mary Jackson, and Tara Balsco, I learned to navigate the subtle realms of bodily and emotional experience.

The birth of my son in 2021 brought these teachings into vivid practice, allowing me to experience their transformative power in my family relationships and deepen my understanding of intergenerational healing.

Spiritual Awakening

A pivotal moment came through my encounter with "A Course In Miracles." For five years, I immersed myself in its teachings, which helped cleanse my understanding of spiritual concepts and shift from fear-based thinking to a foundation of forgiveness and trust. Working with teachers Patricia Carron and Efrat Sar-Shalom guided me toward a deeper connection with the divine.

The Essential Question

Through all these experiences, a fundamental question emerged: What is my essential nature? Three crucial insights guided my exploration:

The answer must come from personal experience, not external sources
No conceptual answer would suffice—it had to be lived directly
The exploration of immediate experience was the only valid starting point

Meeting Éric Barret introduced me to the art of listening to sensation and perception—a way of attending to the present moment that allows consciousness to reveal itself in simplicity and purity. Later, Peter Brown's teaching showed me that presence and experience are inseparable, part of an infinite and all-inclusive continuum.

The Present Understanding

Today, I recognize that individual experience is not a blockage to realization but a direct expression of it. What we call "ordinary life" is actually an expression of the unlimited, only seeming ordinary through the overlay of thought and interpretation.

The essence of what is, here and now, reveals itself as indivisible and perfect. We are this perfection, and it is possible to realize it. To know our true nature intimately and directly is to discover that joy is always present within us, and peace accompanies us wherever we go.

Through this website and my work, I share this understanding in a way that's:

Direct: Speaking to your immediate experience, here and now
Practical: Using everyday life as the ground for practice
Authentic: Offering a path to truth without promising an escape from life's challenges
